Standard Shipping
● Orders are shipped from our NOIDA (UP, India) warehouse.
● Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
● Delivery timelines:
○ North India: 3–5 business days
○ West India: 3–5 business days
○ South India: 5–7 business days
○ North East: 5–9 business days
● Currently, we only ship within India.
Free Shipping
Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500.
(For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies. Larger/heavy parcels may have additional charges due to dimensional weight.)
Order Tracking
● Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
● Tracking may take up to 12 hours to update.
● Lost your link? Log into your account or use the Track Order button in your confirmation email.
Damaged Deliveries
● If the outer box looks tampered/damaged, please reject the delivery and inform us immediately.
● For product damage claims, unboxing video proof is required.
Important Notes
● Ensure your address details are correct to avoid delays. Reshipping costs (if any) are borne by the customer.
● State taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility.
