At Ninzza IOT, we strive to give our customers a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. To make sure you shop with confidence, we’ve created a simple and transparent Return & Refund Policy.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items that are worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Initiate a return by reaching out via:

      Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

  2. Reverse Pick-Up – A ₹199 reverse shipping fee per order applies.

    • Pick-up will be attempted twice.

    • If unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the item to the address provided by our team.

    • Reverse pick-up availability depends on your area’s pincode.

  3. Condition of the Product – Ensure the product is in the same condition as received, including all instructions, documents, and packaging.

  4. Inspection & Notification – Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the return status.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours.

  • To claim, you must provide a 360-degree unboxing video. Without this, replacements cannot be issued.


Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • After inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • It may take up to 30 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed for eligible returns only.

  • Prepaid Orders – Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders – Refunds are provided as store credit (shipping charges are non-refundable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Bank details provided by you are final — Ninzza IOT will not be responsible for incorrect details.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, return terms and reverse shipping charges will apply.
