1. How Tracking Works

  • Our company provides a Vehicle Tracking Device that is installed inside your vehicle.
  • This device contains a GPS module and SIM card that send vehicle location, movement, and status data to our secure server.
  • The Ninzza GPS mobile app does not track the user's mobile phone location.
  • The app only displays the data received from the installed tracking device.
  • This means location tracking is done only through the device installed in the vehicle, not from your mobile.

2. Account Creation & Login

  • Users cannot create accounts inside the mobile app.
  • Each user account is created by the Admin through the official Admin Panel.
  • The app requires only User ID and Password for logging in.
  • The app does not collect personal data like phone number, address, email, etc.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Vehicle Tracking Device Data

Through our GPS device installed in your vehicle, we collect:

  • Real-time latitude & longitude
  • Speed and overspeed events
  • Ignition ON/OFF
  • Vehicle health/status
  • Route history
  • Parking status
  • Geofence events
  • Stoppage, idle, trip, and distance activity
  • Odometer status
  • This data belongs to the vehicle, not to the user personally.

3.2 App Permissions

Used only to send alerts such as:

  • Overspeed

  • Parking mode
  • Geofence entry/exit
  • Stoppage/idle/trip notifications
  • AC
  • Power
  • Tamper

  • Door
  • Immobilizer

INTERNET:

Used to:

  • Fetch real-time tracking
  • Load maps
  • Fetch reports
  • Communicate with the server

3.3 Device Information

We may collect anonymous data such as:

  • Device model
  • Operating system version
  • Network information
  • App usage analytics

This data does not identify the user.

4. How We Use the Information

We use the collected device data to provide you with:

  • Real-time tracking of your vehicles
  • All vehicles view on the map
  • Vehicle information & condition
  • History playback and route monitoring
  • Overspeed alerts
  • Ignition lock/unlock (if supported by device)

Detailed reports including:

  • Distance

We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or third-party marketers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Ninzza GPS is not designed for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.
